The Asian Mystery


LFC’s Asian Shrub with dark rum, flavored with kaffir lime and lemon.


(1 oz = 30 ml)

  • LFC Asian Shrub - 45 ml
  • Dark Rum - 2 oz
  • Kaffir lime - 2-3 muddled
  • Lemon juice - 5 ml


  • Muddle kaffir lime in a cocktail shaker.
  • Add lemon juice, shrub, and dark rum to the shaker.
  • Add 2-3 ice cubes and shake it well until it is chilled.
  • Strain it into a burgundy or wine goblet glass and garnish with fresh kaffir lime leaves.
