LFC’s Asian Shrub with dark rum, flavoured with kaffir lime and lemon.
(1 oz = 30 ml)
- LFC Asian Shrub - 45 ml
- Dark Rum - 2 oz
- Kaffir lime leaves - 2-3 muddled
- Lemon juice - 5 ml
- Muddle the kaffir lime leaves in a cocktail shaker.
- Add lemon juice, shrub, and dark rum to the shaker.
- Add 2-3 ice cubes and shake it well until it is chilled.
- Strain it into a burgundy or wine goblet glass and garnish with a fresh kaffir lime leaf.
